For Sale: 1955 BN1 Dealer LeMans #221406 Exterior The color is the original Spruce Green, not to be confused with British Racing Green. This Spruce Green has slightly more blue in it and is very unique & appealing. Painted in the late 1980's the paint on the body and chassis has held up remarkably well. Panels are straight with no accident damage ever. Some very minor stone chips are present but not at all distracting or a problem. It shows really well. When the original bonnet was replaced by the louvered bonnet the leather strap was never added and when the restoration was done, no strap was added. I do, however, have a couple. I also have the very original bonnet that was repainted at the same time as the car so that the color matches perfectly, if anyone ever wants to go all the way back. Door and trunk fit is excellent with no unusual gaps. Also the single driving light is as the dealer delivered the car new.
